I run regularly and participate in running events. It helps me to strenghten my fighting spirits. My personal best length is half marathon and best pace is 5:05 min/km (for 5kms).
I love cycling. I used to cycle for my daily commute to work while I was in Japan. I biked all around Okinawa, Japan with my cycle.
I was lucky to live and work in a beautiful island, Okinawa. I enjoyed different sea activities viz, Snorkeling, Kayaking and Surfing.
